Join us for the annual Vineyard Worship Leaders Retreat WEST which has MOVED from Estes Park, CO to a BRAND NEW LOCATION and is now at the CANNON BEACH CHRISTIAN CONFERENCE CENTER in the beautiful state of OREGON! The Cannon Beach Christian Conference Center is located on the spectacular north Oregon coast, 75 miles NW of Portland in the beatiful resort town of Cannon Beach, recently named the seventh best beach in the nation! If you are a worship leader, worship pastor, worship coordinator, music director, youth worship leader, or anyone else in leadership of worship ministry we hope you'll join us for this time of worship, community, prayer, encouragement and rest. During the retreat you will have ample time to reconnect with old friends, build new relationships, worship together, pray for one another, spend quiet time with the Lord, and just hang out in this magnificent, oceanside setting!

What is this retreat about?

Within this 4-day event, we will worship together, pray for one another, share resources, meet new friends, connect with the Lord while surrounded by the majestic views of the north Oregon coast, and generally have a lot of fun. Our main goal is to provide a place of refreshing, renewal, and connection for you, the worship leader. Our hope is that through this retreat, we can all develop a closer walk with God and deeper relationship with our co-laborers in this thing called worship. This event is not intended to be a "consumer driven" event, so come ready to share and receive. There is such a wealth of resources that God has deposited in each one of us. We need each other; giving and receiving. This should prove to be a great retreat; we hope you will all prayerfully consider attending this year. We look forward to seeing you there!

What is included in the cost of registration?

Prices listed are the cost for ONE individual registration and include 3 nights lodging, 8 meals and conference fees. Please note that travel is NOT included in the price of any registration. 

Who can come? 

Any senior or main service worship leader, staff worship leader, small group worship leader, music director, worship pastor/coordinator or youth worship leader. 

What are my room options?

You can register for a single room, double room, triple/quad room or party room.  For a private room, register at the "Single Room" rate.  If you'd like to share a room with ONE other person, register at the "Double Room" rate.  Etc, etc.

If I register at the "Double" room rate, "Triple OR Quad" room rate or "Party Room" rate, do I need to register enough people to fill the room?

No. If you’d like to register for at any of these room rates and don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to take care of that for you and put you with a wonderful new friend (or friends)! However, if you have a roommate request(s), we will do our best to accommodate that request! Just be sure to include your roommate's name on your registration form.

Do I need to know my roommates before I register? 

No. When you register you will see a space which allows you to make roommate requests and we do our best to accommodate these requests.  However, if you’d like to register for a double room/ triple or quad room/ party room and don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to take care of that for you and put you with a wonderful new friend (or friends)!

Do you provide travel arrangements for those traveling to/from the retreat?

No.  Your registration fees include your sleeping accomodations, food and the cost of the retreat itself. Each individual is responsible for making arrangements for travel to/from the Cannon Beach Christian Conference Center.  

What are the major airports near the conference center?

The nearest airport is the Portland airport.  This is approximately an hour and a half from the conference center.  

What if something comes up and I have to cancel? 

Please note that there is a $75 cancellation fee until January 6, 2012.  After January 6, 2012 we will be unable to provide any refunds for cancellations.

What is the schedule like?

Typical daily schedule (subject to change)

7am - 9am breakfast
9:30am - 11:30am morning session (worship and small group time)
11:30am – 1:00pm lunch
1pm - 5pm Elective topical workshops from 1:30 pm – 3pm & 3:30p - 5pm (or FREE TIME)
5pm – 7pm dinner
7pm – 9pm evening session (worship and large group time)
9pm - 10pm small group time
10pm - ? free time
